PAConsult attaches great importance to standards for quality assurance and the validation of medical products and their packaging. To meet the increasing requirements for controlled conditions for aging, we are expanding our capacities.
As of now, we are offering real-time aging under precisely controlled conditions at our location in Ochsenhausen. The expanded facilities offer the opportunity to store your products and packaging under various parameters, including Real Time Aging at 23°C / 25°C and 30°C with corresponding humidity or accelerated aging at 55°C, 50°C and 60°C.
If you require specific parameters, you are welcome to enquire about our climate chambers. We focus on individual adaptation to your needs.
As part of our commitment to top-class quality assurance, we now also carry out abrasion tests in accordance with ASTM D5264 (Sutherland Rub Tester). This innovative method allows us to test the stability of prints and labels after aging.
